川芎的化學成分介紹

理論二根莖含揮發油約1%鑒定出油中成分有40種 占揮發油的93.64%其中主成分為藁本內酯(ligustilide)占58%3-丁酜內酯(3-butylphthalide)5.29%和香檜烯(sabinene)6.08%.根莖中所含的內酯化合物 除上述提到的二種外尚含丁烯酜內酯(butylidene phthalide)川芎內酯(sankyunolide)新蛇床內酯(neocnidilide)4-羥基-3-丁酜內酯(4-hydroxy-3-butyl phthalide)川芎酚(chuanxingol)雙藁本內酯(2,2′-diligustilide) 以及3-丁基-3,6⒎三羥基-4,5,6,7-四氫苯酞等含氮化合物有四甲基吡嗪(tetramethylpyrazine川芎嗪 chuanxiongzine)perlolyrine鹽酸三甲胺鹽酸膽堿L-異亮氨酰-L-纈氨酸酐(L-isobutyl-L-valine anhydride)L-纈氨酰-L-纈氨酸酐1-乙?;?β-卡啉尿嘧啶腺嘌嶺和腺苷.酸性或酚性化合物有4-羥基-3-甲氧基苯乙烯1-羥基-1-(3-甲氧基4-羥基苯)-乙烷4-羥基苯甲酸咖啡酸香莢蘭酸阿魏酸(ferulic acid)瑟丹酸(sadanic acid)大黃酸(chrysophic acid)棕櫚酸香莢蘭醛和亞油酸.此外川芎根莖尚含中性油 其成分為十五十六十七十八烷酸乙酯異十七異十八烷酸乙酯和異十七烷酸甲酯.另含5,5′-聯呋哺甲酰醚(bis-5,5′-formylfurfuryl ether)匙葉桉油烯醇(spathulenol)β谷甾醇蔗糖和一種脂肪酸甘油酯
